Security program

Serenium maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for the sensitivity of identity, credential, staffing, payment, support, and healthcare-related information it processes. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Core safeguards

  • Role-based access and least-privilege administration.
  • Authentication, password, session, and account-recovery controls.
  • Encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate.
  • Logging, monitoring, vulnerability management, backups, and incident response.
  • Secure development, change management, workforce training, and service-provider oversight.
  • Segregation of PHI, SSNs, payment data, background information, Facility invoices, and confidential pricing according to business need.

User responsibilities

Users must keep credentials private, use authorized devices, promptly remove former organizational users, review permissions, avoid unnecessary sensitive uploads, and notify Serenium immediately of suspected compromise.

Incident contact

Report suspected security or privacy incidents to support@sereniumhealthcare.com. For urgent patient-safety matters, also use the Facility’s required emergency and clinical escalation process.
