Consent to electronic records
By accepting electronically, the user consents to receive agreements, disclosures, tax forms, credential notices, shift communications, invoices, payment records, privacy notices, and other legally required records electronically through the Platform, email, SMS, or other registered contact channel. Electronic acceptance and signatures have the same effect as handwritten signatures to the extent permitted by law.
Hardware and access
Users need an internet-connected device, a current browser or Serenium application, a valid email address and telephone number, and software capable of viewing PDF or HTML records. Users may download or print records and may request an available paper copy by contacting support.
Operational communications
Serenium may send nonmarketing messages concerning accounts, identity, credentials, onboarding, accepted shifts, schedule changes, safety, support, payments, invoices, fraud, and security. Message frequency varies; carrier rates may apply.
Marketing choices
Marketing email and qualifying marketing text messages are sent only as permitted. Users may unsubscribe by link or reply STOP to qualifying texts; HELP provides assistance. Consent to marketing is not required to use the marketplace.
Withdrawal
A user may withdraw consent to electronic records by contacting support@sereniumhealthcare.com. Withdrawal applies prospectively and may require account closure if Serenium cannot lawfully or practically provide the service on paper. Prior electronic transactions remain valid.
These official Serenium Healthcare legal documents may be updated prospectively as the platform, law, and marketplace operations evolve.
